3.      Outcomes of Practicum
From the practicum, I have a lot of experience about teaching skills in different cultures, pedagogy, improving the quality of English, and increasing knowledge about the use of technology media in the classroom. A special satisfaction when students who are taught have an understanding of what the teacher has taught. The word that I will always miss from them is "Yes, I understand teacher". That word adds to my confidence to become a future teacher especially a teacher in the ASEAN region.

4.      The Challenges of Practicum
The problem that I found when teaching was the language barrier. Their understanding of English is so weak that I demand to speak in Thai as I can. This obstacle is also an opportunity between me and students to recognize deeper languages, I learn Thai and students learn English. When I ask, they actually understand the answer but don't know how to manage the words in English, moreover their lack of confidence. So my job as a teacher is to improve their confidence. Their accents in English are so different that it requires me to adapt more. So often I repeat the command sentence two to three times. I overcome these constraints by frequently interacting with students using body language at once.
5.      Overall Impression
I feel happy when I am stationed in Thailand, especially in Nakhon Pathom. We can find good people everywhere even though they don't understand English, they always help us with the maximum like experience when looking for drinking water, we ask the campus security guard who doesn't understand English and we use google translate to communicate with him, he understands but not explain in English. This experience taught me that helping does not use conditions. I got a lot of acquaintances in Thailand from various backgrounds, lecturers, students, students, teachers and internships from several Universities in Thailand. I like the food with spicy type, according to taste. Love the school environment that has high technology, and I really appreciate those who have great respect and tolerance for each other.

6.      Suggestions for Future Improvement
Being a teacher is not only a transfer of knowledge but also a transfer of life attitudes and skills. Reviewing the material before the lesson begins is certainly an important point because it is feared that students have questions beyond teacher expectations, so that a lot of resources are needed. Actually teach for re-learning. Adaptation is also very necessary to increase harmony in interaction. In general students are very happy when the teacher teaches Chemistry in English which also speaks a little Thai vocabulary.
